Cod in batter, tartare sauce and minted mushy peas. The chips are triple cooked. The fish is bought directly by auction from Brixham Fish Market in Devon, which means we know the boat it came off and can get it from the sea to your plate in less than 48 hours.
It sits on our menu with the other British nostalgia dishes: prawn toast with bloody mary sauce, and Eton mess while English strawberries last.
