We are committed to lowering the journey time our seafood takes from when it is caught to when it arrives on your plate, ensuring the freshest quality possible.
The majority of our fish and seafood is sourced directly via auction from Brixham Fish Market in Devon. Buying in this way gives us 100% traceability to the boat from which it was caught each morning and means we can get fish from the sea to your plate in less than 48 hours.
By working with highly regarded suppliers and fishermen with the strictest welfare standards, we can ensure our fish is sustainably caught.
The beauty of sourcing with seasonality in mind is that we can explore a wider range of fish species available within our shores, and change our menus more frequently to reflect that!
