We count visits to this website without cookies, we only use marketing cookies if you say yes, and when you book a table your details go to our booking system so we can look after your reservation. We do not sell your data.

We use a self-hosted analytics tool (Umami) to understand how the website is used: pages viewed, where visitors come from, and which buttons are clicked. It sets no cookies and stores no personal information; visitors are counted anonymously. This data is stored on our own analytics server in the UK/EU.

If you accept cookies on the banner, we load Google Tag Manager and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These help us measure whether our advertising works and may be used to show you our ads elsewhere. If you decline, they are not loaded at all. Your choice is remembered on your device for about six months. Change your cookie choice

Reservations are handled by SevenRooms. When you book, the details you enter (name, contact details, party size, any notes) are held in our SevenRooms account and used to manage your reservation and your visits to us. SevenRooms’ own privacy policy applies to their processing.

Gift cards are sold through Square. Your payment and the card balance are processed and held by Square under their privacy policy; we see the order details needed to honour the card.

If you email, phone, or message us on WhatsApp, we use your details to reply and to arrange whatever you asked about, and we keep the correspondence only as long as it is useful.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Email restaurant@applebeesfish.com and we will sort it out. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
